Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges for defective products or delivery issues
If the product you receive is damaged or soiled, or is different from what you ordered, we will accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will cover the shipping costs for returning the product and the bank transfer fees for refunds made by bank transfer.
Returns and exchanges at your convenience
If you wish to return or exchange a product for your own reasons, such as changing the color or size, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
After checking the contents, we will contact you with the return address and return/exchange instructions.
Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges, as well as bank transfer fees when making refunds by bank transfer, will be borne by the customer.
Please note that we may not be able to exchange products depending on their stock status.
Please note that cancellations, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
- Discounted items such as pre-order items and sale items
- Items that have not been tried on but have been worn at least once
- Products that have become smelly, scratched, or damaged while in the customer's possession
- If the item is returned in a condition that is significantly different from the condition it was delivered in
- Items with missing or detached invoices or tags
- Products for which more than 8 days have passed since parts arrived

*We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have become dirty when trying on, so please be careful not to get them dirty when trying them on.
*There is no legal provision for a cooling-off period for mail order sales, so for products that fall under the above category, we will strictly refuse cancellations, returns, or exchanges of orders for any reason.
